About Anglewood
Why we started Anglewood
Most of us have a drawer of knives that used to be great. They didn't get worse; they got dull. And the ways to fix that were either hard (whetstones), rough on the blade (pull-through sharpeners), or a hassle (mailing knives away).
We wanted something anyone could use in a few minutes, on a Tuesday night, without a tutorial. So we built Anglewood around one idea: the angle should already be set. Put the knife on the magnet, roll, and get back to cooking.
That's it. Good tools, honest about what they do, made to live on your counter.
